Bourbon Bash returns for a 4th year at Bank & Bourbon inside Loews Hotel Philadelphia on Tuesday, April 17th between 6:00 and 9:00 PM.
Executive Chef Thomas Harkins will be preparing some of his signature dishes including Corn Cakes with Tomato Marmalade, Beef Tartare on Crispy Fingerling Potato and Crab Fritters with Spicy Remoulade. Guests will also enjoy multiple carving stations with an accompanying Bourbon as well as a Singe Barrel tasting bar with bourbon-aged lager brewed by Flavor Philadelphia partner Saint Benjamin exclusively for Bank & Bourbon.
Proceeds from Bourbon Bash benefit DonorsChoose.org, an organization that supports educational needs and programs in the Tri-State area. In the last three years, Bank & Bourbon has donated over $50,000 in supplies to our local school teachers and students to improve the quality of education and touched over 15,000 students!
